Child Watch Hours

Monday & Wednesday 8:30am - 10:30am

Monday - Thursday 5:15pm - 7:15pm

Child Watch is one of the many benefits of being a member of the Maquoketa Area Family Y. This free service is for our family members who have children between the ages of six-weeks and seven- years of age. The Child Watch room at the Maquoketa Area Family Y location is not a state-licensed day care facility. However, we do follow the state’s requirements for child care. This includes the child to adult ratios and room capacities. From time-to-time we do reach capacity of the room or child to adult ratios. When this happens we will limit the number of children in Child Watch.

The Child Watch service is provided for you while you are at our facility working out. It is not permissible to leave your child in the Child Watch Center and then leave the premises.

The Y is a nonprofit like no other. Take an active role in strengthening your community.
